Söderberg & Partners is now looking for a Client Executive to join our Industry & Specialty team. This is a role for you who enjoy working with client relationships, consulting, and sales.
At Söderberg & Partners, you will have the opportunity to actively influence our operations, develop in your professional role, and become part of an engaged team in a dynamic environment.
You will:
- Be part of a client team focused on identifying client needs and recommending tailored insurance solutions
- Work with our clients and prospects, where the contacts are often CEOs, CFOs, or chief legal officers
- Support more senior brokers in following up on quotes and placements
- Value building long-term client relationships
- Focus primarily on directors' and officers' liability insurance, crime insurance, and professional liability insurance
The position is based at our office in central Stockholm. You will be part of a team of 20 people that is in a growth phase. There are great opportunities to grow in the role and within the company.
Background/about the role:
Söderberg & Partners was founded in 2004 and is on a significant growth journey both in Sweden, the Nordic region, and internationally. A strong emphasis is placed on digitalization and improving the customer journey. Through our digital tools, you will receive assistance with client management, procurement, and prospecting. You will also have access to expanded support services in administration, contract, and claims law.
In addition to corporate insurance, clients can also benefit from Söderberg & Partners' offerings in life and pension insurance, asset management, mortgage loans, and personal insurance through our colleagues.
Our new business area Industry & Specialty is now targeting the large client segment, financial institutions, consultants, law firms, and other areas that require specific insurance expertise.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is a recent law or economics graduate with up to two years of work experience
- Loves challenges and strives to create world-class customer experiences.
- Wants to be part of a driven team with big visions and high goals.
- Is communicative and has a good ability to build trust.
- Is structured, meets deadlines, and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously
